Courtroom Audio Visual Enhancement, Inc.

A law enforcement officer was investigating an alleged shooting of an animal identified on the endangered species list. During the investigation, a physical confrontation occured between the officer and a suspect. As a result of the altercation, the officer suffered debilitating injuries and filed a personal injury lawsuit. Of critical importance to the case was an audio tape of the incident recorded on a microcassette recorder hidden inside the officer's jacket. Due to the recording device's less than ideal location, poor room ambience, the presence of other voices, and the scuffle itself, much of the recorded material was muffled and filled with extraneous sounds making it difficult to understand and thus dimishing its evidenciary value. The recording was brought to Courtroom Audio Visual Enchancement to improve the clarity.

Tape recorded evidence can be crucial to building a strong legal case.

However, when the quality of the recording is poor, it isn't compelling and may actually work against you.

Our digital processing can improve the clarity and upgrade the quality of recorded forensic materials. We offer computerized digital services designed to sharpen the clarity of the subject matter, making it easier to hear or see, and understand. Taped evidence becomes stronger, as does your legal case.
